WHAT WE START TO LOOK LIKE THEN….

We wake up get in front of mirror we claim ourselves oh my god! I look wonderful because we don’t compare to inhuman beauty standards and we get ready like however we want to dress up to do our daily work ,because we don’t give a damn about judgments. we go out run into others ,greet them ,smile at them reminding them how beautiful they are.

We focus on what makes us jovial , when every door to our destiny is closed we make our own path , because we are brave and bold. We strive to be secure in our own identities and abilities.

I have always been struggling to accept to myself , leading sluggish life blaming some-other things for being unhealthy , hiding and appreciating anti-social life, because I feel too bad to showup with all my insecurities

I was once in a deep phone call with my bestie Swathi , I was telling her all about my hatred towards myself being fat , then she instantly suggested just do it with loving yourself and your body , funny part I instantly forgot it . After like 3 months of restricting myself and failing to control myself over food . I remember that precious words from her . Now I don’t look back crying over my failed resistance.

Eventually when I look back 8 months from now . I assure I was a different girl back then , but now I love myself more, I’m not afraid to embrace my true-self. And here is how I did it ..

Tiny steps I had to climb to get here…

Finding strengths and weakness

We have to be confident in our own strengths . Stop hating your flaws, quit reminding your flaws as weakness. With all those flaws what makes you is you . We all are unique in our own way, this uniqueness defines us. Beauty depends on the kind of attitude one has towards one’s body. On other hand loving our flaws caring them ,nurturing them makes us confident. With all those confidence gained we can be strong . Remind your self you can be more than your looks, and this makes us finding our strength .

Marking full-stop to our insecurities

I think insecurities are just the imaginary standards we create . Here is my mini story about my insecurity I’m al-ways afraid to wear pants when I have gained my weight. Sometimes I used to cry that no dress is fitting me, then whoop! I have lost weight in less amount of time , but I’m still insecure. I want to dress up the way I like ,I used to too, but I wont go out . I haven’t went out for long ,even thanks to quarantine . Then I said to my inner-self that “it just your insecurity no-one look at your flaws as you look at it , in-fact no-one cares. They just make a glance or just say a word about it and then leave that moment but you are the one feeling bad about that moment living in that moment and wasting time.” eventually I lost my insecurity

Now I suggest you go out put on your favourite dress , remind yourself to smile. Give Your-self the love you always wanted to experience from others ‘cuz beauty begins within the moment you decided to #Beyourself .

You are a mirror

Beauty is noting but the actions of our heart and brain . The emotions controlled by our mind will always reflect them in our eyes. If we feel confident , worthy , brave it will definitely show up on our face . Love your body it’s a temple embrace it with confidence.

How relations effect our inner-peace

Yeah , peers around us will also effect how we think of ourselves ,I have experienced it with all my teenage even when I was even younger. when your friend is trying to meet some-others beauty standard , in-order to help them or show up Like them thinking may be its the ideal way ,we fell into that trap, struggling , wasting time Unknowingly meeting imaginary beauty standards, and now its a toxic relationship with your friend . Even in our family our parents remind us, force us how to look , how to dress up. This leads to deep depression . Even I used to be that 90’s kid in India applying loads of turmeric, tubes of fair & lovely I don’t remember at what age I started using them, now I have realized that its not important to be fair skinned, to be skinny , to be traditionally dressed up in fazing clothes In-order to impress others. what‘s important is to be yourself .

So choose your relations wisely , it’s ok to move away from your loved-ones in order to be yourself . we cant keep pushing ourselves where we can’t be valued for what we are.

Building a strong example

If we accept ourselves ,Feel confident , look brave and bold fallowing all our dreams never caring judgements by people , we can be a good example for others we can pass it to the young teens who are struggling now to be themselves.

And finally don’t get it wrong

All the above is not to spread illness or any negativity about being healthy ,being healthy is important . Its not like we have a eating disorder, like we cant keep on binging on food that it can be an escape from some-other pain, its harming your health or you are too lazy to move your body and say duh! I love my body and I don’t like to workout . That doesn’t work like that . love your body treat it the right way so it can be healthy. Don’t push too much at the starting just a baby step can lead to a healthy Lifestyle. Like going out for a walk ,a little stretch , cleaning a room just the things that soothes our soul eventually.
